And we are GST Registered 91450976. 1) The $49.00 is a non refundable service and administrative fee to get you connected with a new home phone line. 2) Most home phone lines will be able to be connected easily, however if a technician is required an extra $69.00 will need to be paid before the home line can be connected. 3) Our Service Level Agreement with our supplier means we aim to have your home phone line installed within 7 working days. 4) Once the connection date has been advised the phone line will need to be pre paid. You can pay monthly in advance $84.00, fortnightly $42.00 or if you choose to pay by direct debit or AP at $20.50 weekly. We must receive your payment by the anniversary of the connection date i.e. If you are paying monthly and your home phone line was connected on 1 October you must pay Kiwi Reconnect by 1 November for the next month’s rental. You have several payment options; by Direct Debit, Automatic Payment at your bank, in person at the ASB Bank, or pay at any NZ PostShop or Books & More Outlet. Weekly payments are only available by Direct Debit and Automatic Payment. Personal cheques are not accepted 5) If you are paying by direct debit and your payment fails, Kiwi Reconnect is not responsible for any bank fees your bank may charge you. We also may charge you a fee if your Direct Debit payments fail continually 6) If you are switching from another phone company then Kiwi Reconnect may waive the $49.00 service and administration fee. The home phone line must still be active when we arrange the switch and you must also agree to transfer the line from your supplier to Kiwi Reconnect. 7) Kiwi Reconnect requires 30 days notice to cancel a service, normal charges will apply until this time. 8) If your pre payment arrives after your scheduled payment date then a $5 late fee will be added to the account. 9) Kiwi Reconnect may attempt to call you before each payment is required to remind you to pre pay and we will also send you a reminder in the mail. 10) If payment is not received by Kiwi Reconnect 3 days after the anniversary of the connection date then the home phone number will be disconnected. Kiwi Reconnect cannot guarantee that you will keep your home phone number if the number is disconnected and you want us to reconnect it. And remember you will have to pay the non refundable service and administrative fee again and any overdue amount before service is reinstalled. 11) Kiwi Reconnect will not be held liable for any disruption to service which is not controllable by Kiwi Reconnect (e.g. a telephone pole coming down or a lightning strike) 12) If you have any questions about your service do not call a phone company like Telecom New Zealand or Telstra Clear. Your service is with Kiwi Reconnect and all enquires or changes to service will be handled by Kiwi Reconnect on your behalf. If you’d like to call regionally or internationally we have a long distance package you can buy from Kiwi Reconnect. With the toll bar you will not be able to use services like 0900 numbers. 14) All prices quoted include GST. And are subject to change without notice. 15) Kiwi Reconnect is subject to the Privacy Act and we follow the 12 Information Privacy Principles. You are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act and as a service provider amongst other things Kiwi Reconnect will perform our services with reasonable care and skill and complete them within a reasonable time. 16) The Terms and Conditions for our Internet Product are contained in this PDF.
