At Kiwi Reconnect, you can choose to pre pay your home phone account weekly, monthly or fortnightly. Remember your home phone line and any services must be prepaid in advance to maintain service. For instance if your phone is connected on the 1st of the month and you want to pay fortnightly; then you will need to prepay the one-time admin fee and the fortnightly service fee of $42.00 before we can begin to connect the line, once your line is connected, your regular fortnightly account will then become due every two weeks from your connection date. Once you are connected we can change your billing frequency and day of the week to suit your budget. Charges may apply.

You can pre pay for your home phone line and optional services at any NZ PostShop or Books & More outlet by filling out a red lodgement slip or you can sign up to pay by Direct Debit, or pay via Automatic Payment direct from your own bank account - you are in control of how much and when. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, or Automatic Payment you may might want to pre pay for your home phone line and services weekly. Our weekly home phone line starts from just $20.50 per week and only available to DD and AP customers.
So, if you'd like to pay by Direct Debit then just print out this Direct Debit form , fill in the shaded spaces and send it back to us by post so we can get you started.
To take advantage of our DD and AP services, you will still need to pay your one time non-refundable administration fee and the first fortnights phone line rental at any PostShop or Books & More outlet before we can begin to connect the line. Also, beacause the Direct Debits take several weeks to process (up to 4 weeks), you might need to make the next payment at the Post Shop before the DD is loaded. |
